Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gharana Resort! We're thrilled to have you on board and  ensure  an enjoyable and memorable stay. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Reservations and Payments
  • Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once you receive a note of confirmation  from us.
  • Payment: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and cash. Full payment is required upon check-in unless specified otherwise during booking.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 72  hours before the check-in date will be charged one night’s stay.
  1. Check-In and Check-Out
  • Check-In: 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  1. Guest Responsibilities
  • ID Verification: All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID at check-in.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner respectful to other guests, staff, and property. Any damages or losses caused by guests will be charged to their account.
  1. Pet Policy
  • Pets: Pets are welcome at Gharana Resort in designated pet-friendly rooms. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet.
  • Please carry required documents to ensure that your pet is completely safe for other boarders also.
  • Pet Fee: A nominal fee may apply to cover additional cleaning costs.
  1. Smoking Policy
  • Non-Smoking: All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
  1. Use of Facilities
  • Swimming Pool: Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Games Room: Guests are welcome to use the games room and equipment, but are responsible for any damage caused.
  1. Liability
  • Gharana Resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings if left unattended in common public area. We advise guests to use the room  for valuables.
  • Guests use the resort’s facilities at their own risk. Gharana Resort is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of your stay and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
  1. Changes to Terms & Conditions
  • Gharana Resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the guest’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of West Bengal. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
